I especially love how she brings her divine feminine essence and the wisdom of ancient traditions into the work. Even her love of food as medicine comes through. It’s not been the core of our work (yet!) but it still deeply inspires me and shows me what a nourishing, positive relationship with food can look like.
For someone like me who’s struggled to embody my feelings or turn daydreams into grounded change, Charli’s coaching has helped me come home to myself in a way that all my self-paced healing never could. I’m feeling the shifts at a cellular level. It’s not just insight — it’s integration.
